UC Health Anschutz Medical Campus
UCHealth has been a long-standing customer of Sterling since 1995. As UCHealth grew and migrated to the Fitzsimons Campus, Sterling grew with them. With the major growth of the UCHealth System throughout the Rocky Mountain Region, Sterling can serve all of their satellite hospitals, community-based clinics and urgent care facilities with our excellent service. Saint Joseph Hospital
SCL Health, Sisters of Charity Leavenworth, entered the healthcare market in Colorado in 2011 through acquisitions of Exempla Health Care and other properties. Sterling was a preferred vendor of Exempla and worked on several “ground up” projects supplying, installing and servicing low voltage systems throughout the region.
The replacement hospital for St Joseph Hospital in Denver, labeled “the Heritage Project”, was a major endeavor by all architects, builders and contractors involved. Sterling is proud of our team’s efforts to provide and install major low voltage systems throughout the new facility. We consider SCL Health to be a key partner of Sterling Communication Technologies, Inc. We continue to maintain our Preferred Vendor Status with SCL Health in 2021.
Eastern Star Masonic Retirement Community
Sterling’s relationship with Eastern Star began back in 2012, when we replaced their existing call system with a new state of the art Response Care system. A key feature required of the new call system was the ability to integrate with their new phone system, thus maximizing their investment. A few years later, when ESMRC began construction of a new Memory Care addition, Sterling was able to expand the Response Care call system to include their new building. This Memory Care expansion also incorporated new wander protection and access control systems as part of the overall scope. We are proud of our relationship with Eastern Star Masonic Retirement community!
Littleton Public Schools
Sterling implemented the Valcom IP6000 platform School Intercom and Mass Notification System on 15 campuses for Littleton Public Schools. These systems provide a robust and flexible bell schedule, enhanced voice paging through any telephone onsite or off campus, text messaging for discrete communication to emergency responders and automated voice announcements for school notifications and emergency alerts. LPS set in place a district-wide security response team to monitor all schools from a central location. All alarms are sent directly to security personnel to respond the moment an event takes place. The monitoring location provides district-wide paging and automated announcements.
Estes Park School District
Estes Park selected Sterling Communication to provide the Valcom Mass Notification System for all the schools in their district. The new system, implemented district-wide, included network and telephone system integrations, as well as discrete emergency response notifications. All Estes Park schools have remote access, allowing Sterling’s authorized technicians to provide immediate response for most service or training issues.
