Sterling provides design, installation, integration, service and maintenance of low-voltage communication and safety systems (including nurse call, access control, data cabling, intercom, fire alarm, DAS/cellular boost, A/V, infant/wander protection) in healthcare, senior-living, education and commercial facilities across multiple states. Any proposals or contracts will govern the specific services we provide. These Terms apply only to your use of our website and general interactions; specific project engagements will be governed by separate contracts, purchase orders (POs), statements of work (SOWs) or service agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the website and Services (including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, designs, software) is owned by or licensed to Sterling and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may view, download or print a copy for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices. No waiver by Sterling of any breach or default shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.
